This was a great opportunity to get to know all our hard-working colleagues from the other office location!
After having coffee and breakfast together the program of the day kick-started with a presentation about the new objectives for BRS the coming time!
The most important common goal is, that the team should always keep improving the service level and stay up-to-date with the latest developments about immigration, the rental market, events, and the economic and political situation. Relocation cases were discussed to share knowledge and help each other grow. The key numbers of the company were presented, and we are very pleased to announce that BRS is (still) very high in the ranking from one of the biggest global relocation management companies, therefore BRS Received an Commitment to Excellence Platinum Award from Cartus!
Furthermore, professor Pablo Foncillas lectured the BRS team on the latest trends on service companies and omni-channels. This gave us more insights on the opportunities in improving the communication with clients. Hence, this blog is one of the outcomes! The program ended with a fantastic lunch altogether!
