Quality & Environmental Policy
1. Purpose and commitment
BRS Relocation Services provides relocation and global mobility support. We recognise that our work can create environmental impacts through travel, office activities, purchasing, accommodation, property visits, digital services and the suppliers we engage.
We therefore commit to:
• protect the environment and prevent pollution;
• meet applicable environmental legal requirements and other commitments;
• use a life-cycle perspective when planning and delivering our services;
• reduce avoidable resource use, waste and greenhouse gas emissions;
• engage employees, suppliers and clients in practical sustainability actions; and
• continually improve our Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001 requirements.
2. Our environmental objectives
BRS sets practical objectives that are proportionate to our size, activities and ability to influence outcomes. The objectives are reviewed regularly and translated into annual actions where appropriate.
Objective
- Climate & mobility: Reduce avoidable emissions from business travel, property visits, commuting and service delivery.
- Resource efficiency: Use energy, water, paper and other materials responsibly, favouring digital and efficient ways of working.
- Circularity & waste: Prevent waste, extend the useful life of equipment and ensure responsible reuse, recycling or disposal.
- Responsible purchasing: Include relevant environmental criteria when selecting suppliers, products and services.
- People & awareness: Give employees clear guidance and opportunities tocontribute to environmental improvement.
- Continuous improvement: Monitor relevant impacts, set priorities and improve our environmental performance over time.
3. Guiding principles
- Environmental protection: We seek to prevent pollution, lower unnecessary emissions and reduce the use of natural resources without compromising service quality or legal obligations.
- Compliance: We comply with applicable environmental laws, regulations and contractual requirements and keep appropriate records.
- Life-cycle thinking: We consider impacts before, during and after service delivery, including those linked to travel, accommodation, purchasing, digital tools and end-of-life disposal.
- Employee contribution: Employees are expected to follow this policy, use resources responsibly and propose improvements. BRS provides relevant information and awareness activities.
- Partnerships: We work with clients, landlords, accommodation providers, movers, transport providers and other suppliers to encourage practical environmental improvements.
- Transparency and improvement: We monitor relevant indicators where reliable information is available and review actions, results and priorities on a regular basis.
4. Priority action areas
4.1 Service delivery and client mobility
• Use remote coordination and digital tools when they can replace unnecessary journeys.
• Plan and combine property visits and appointments to reduce avoidable travel.
• Where practical, present public transport, walking, cycling and lower-emission mobility options to clients.
• Provide sustainability information without limiting client choice or essential service requirements.
4.2 Office and digital operations
• Use digital documents, signatures and collaboration tools as the normal approach.
• Print only when necessary and use recycled paper and consumables efficiently.
• Limited usage of plastics recipients and packaging (“No-Plastic Policy“)
• Switch off equipment and lighting when not required and favour energy-efficient settings and products.
• Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary single-use items in the office.
4.3 Business travel and commuting
• Avoid unnecessary travel and use virtual meetings when effective.
• Prefer rail, public transport, shared transport or lower-emission vehicles when practical and proportionate.
• Consider environmental impact together with safety, time, accessibility, service quality and cost.
4.4 Procurement, suppliers and equipment
• Include relevant sustainability criteria in purchasing and supplier selection.
• Prefer durable, repairable, reusable, recyclable and energy-efficient products where feasible.
• Encourage key suppliers and subcontractors to comply with environmental law and support BRS
objectives.
• Extend the useful life of IT and office equipment and use authorised channels for electronic waste.
4.5 Waste and circular practices
• Prevent waste first, then prioritise reuse and recycling before disposal.
• Separate office waste in line with local collection systems.
• Reduce packaging and single-use materials where alternatives are practical.
5. Roles and responsibilities
- Company Management: approves this policy, provides appropriate resources, sets priorities and reviews performance.
- Managers and process owners: integrate the policy into daily decisions, procedures, supplier management and service delivery.
- Employees: follow applicable procedures, use resources responsibly, complete relevant awareness activities and report improvement opportunities or incidents.

6. Implementation, monitoring and review
• BRS maintains environmental objectives and actions appropriate to its activities and significant impacts.
• Relevant information may include resource use, travel, waste and electronic waste, supplier engagement, training and improvement actions.
• Performance and compliance are reviewed at least annually, and corrective actions are taken where needed, according to preparation and results of ISO 14001 annual audit by external certification body.
• This policy is reviewed when there are significant changes to the business, environmental impacts, legal requirements or stakeholder expectations.
7. Scope and availability
